Initial Consultation Call (30–45 minutes)
This is your starting point. We'll coordinate for you a one-on-one consultation with a fertility specialist. Whether you’re just starting out or seeking a second opinion, this session provides you with clarity and direction. This is also applicable to established patients who require a new treatment plan.

Follow-Up Call (up to 30 minutes)
This session is for ongoing support. Whether you need to review new test results, adjust your treatment plan, or evaluate the next steps, we’ll make sure you get your answer with the right healthcare specialist. It’s also ideal for answering the questions that naturally arise after your initial consultation.

Brief Call or Secure Text (for established patients)
Sometimes, you just need a quick answer or a short check-in. This option is ideal for established patients who have a specific question, require clarification, or wish to discuss something with us without scheduling a full call. We'll make sure you get a secure text or a short phone conversation with a healthcare specialist.
We’re happy to share all pricing and service details of this type of consultation upon request, always with full transparency.
Coordination fees apply to treatment services and, in Canada, are subject to GST/HST and Quebec (TVQ) taxes.
All coordination fees cover one fertility treatment attempt. If that attempt is canceled, a second attempt is included. If there is another cancellation, new coordination fees will apply.

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) Coordination

We’ll make sure you get the guidance about the right type of egg donation for your situation, whether it’s fresh, frozen, anonymous, or known. Your cycle starts on the right path as we coordinate with your medical team.
